  Came in on a Friday after that, ”end of the day call from the school nurse” for my 14yo sons wrist. Checked in, filled out all the paperwork, paid, sat down and waited. While having vitals done I was told that the x-ray tech had called in, and while his wrist would be looked at and treated we would need to come back in the morning for his X-ray. When we came back in the morning we had to wait again to be seen. I have come here a ton as a mother of 6 kids who play sports and would recommend it even after the shenanigans from today. Always clean, always nice people, always accurate and almost always quick.

  Staff and doctor are great and facility is clean, but waiting 2.5 hours just to see a doctor for a lingering cold is nuts. They told me about 1 hour to see the doctor, and it took over 2.5 hours. With an urgent care on every corner there is likely one that is a little better staffed and organized.
